The Dutch international has spent 2018-19 on loan at Aston Villa. He has scored six and set up six goals including a goal in the playoff final in his 34 appearances including playoffs at the Championship club.

He has scored one of the two goals in Play-off final against Derby County which Leads to Villa gaining Premier League status.

According to the club statement, he has signed a 4-Year-Deal after joining them from French club Lille on an Undisclosed fee.

El Ghazi is an Ajax academy product and raised to the ranks at the club to make 99 appearances for the senior team at Ajax.

In January of 2017, he has left the Dutch club to join Lille and made 44 appearances while at the French club.

He also made two appearances with the Dutch senior team but both of them came in 2015.
